Before this, I was a restaurant owner, juggling the hustle of Palm Springs life. But when the world slowed down, so did I, and I found myself searching for something that felt real—something I could create with my own two hands. That’s when I fell in love with pottery. It wasn’t about being perfect; it was about showing up, learning, and discovering the joy of creating something from nothing. Now, I’m sharing that joy with anyone who’s curious enough to try.
Pots by Cheech isn’t just a studio; it’s part of a much bigger story. My wife and I also run an animal rescue, saving everything from pigs and goats to chickens and koi fish. Pottery helps keep that dream alive. Every class, membership, or piece you create supports our mission to give animals a second chance.
